    <Abstract>Currently, the most important challenge facing advanced countries is to increase productivity in order to maintain common living standards. On the other hand, poor countries seek to create new job opportunities and reduce unemployment in their countries. One of the most important goals of contemporary economies is to determine the factors affecting economic growth. The traditional neoclassical theory believes that the economic growth of a country is determined by the supply of labor, capital and the level of technology available in that country. While today, entrepreneurship is a powerful force in stimulating innovation, increasing productivity, creating jobs and economic growth. In other words, entrepreneurship is the ability to create opportunities to produce goods and services in a stable period of time. Sustainable development and entrepreneurship have always been in the center of attention so that entrepreneurship is known as the main channel of sustainable production and processes. Entrepreneurship for sustainable development is a multi-dimensional phenomenon that connects the social, environmental and economic dimensions between entrepreneurial processes, market developments and also social developments in the big box. The entrepreneur creates and develops an activity through creative ideas, and with the growth of the business, in addition to generating income, it plays a key role in economic growth. By identifying the business needs of the society, the entrepreneur assumes the responsibility of the main business idea to start a new business. One of the solutions for job creation is the combination of entrepreneurship and innovation. In addition to having educated and creative human capital, economies also need  entrepreneurs. This article tries to address the role of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in  achieving economic growth and sustainable development.</Abstract>
